Worldview 101

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Are the seminars relevant to non-homeschooled families?

A:  Absolutely.  We primarily advertise through homeschool venues because many of the seminars are conducted on weekdays but the information is relevant to all.

Q: Can young children be expected to understand worldviews?

A:  You would be amazed at how much a young student can understand and retain.  The sooner one is aware of the importance of understanding worldviews and thinking biblically, the more firm the foundation!

Q: Can children younger than eight attend the seminars?

A:  Yes, if you are sure they will be well behaved throughout the day or if you are willing to stay with them during the seminar.

Q:  If our family attended a seminar last year, should we attend again?

A:  Yes, because in addition to basic worldview teaching we will have new presentations as well as additional information included in each workshop.  Besides, who is able to retain everything they hear the first time it is preented?

Q:  If my teen attended a workshop last year should he attend the teen workshop again or should he attend the adult workshop?

A:  That’s really up to the parent.  A more mature student who has an understanding of worldview issues may very well prefer the adult presentation.  In some cases the students will stay together with the adults for most of the day.

Q:  If I attended the adult session last year can I attend one of the other sessions this year?

A:  Absolutely!  We leave that decision up to you.  The adult session will be somewhat different each year, but so will the children’s sessions.

Q: Is there an advantage to pre-registering?

A:  Yes, for both of us.  You won’t have to wait in line and we will have a better idea of expected attendance.

Q:  What if someone wants to attend but they cannot afford the fees?

A:  Contact Pat Wesolowski at info@worldview101.com   We do not want financial considerations to prohibit anyone from attending.

Q: How can you offer these seminars at such a reasonable price?

A:  We can keep the prices for the seminar affordable because the facilities we use either do not charge a fee or the fee is minimal.  (Be sure and thank those in charge at each facility for partnering with us!)  In addition, many on the worldview team are willing to take little or, in some cases, no payment other than actual expenses.  We are passionate about sharing the worldview message, knowing that we will receive rewards far greater than financial rewards.
